It is situated right in the heart of the old fisherman’s neighborhood and is typically Spanish in flavour. In the same street you can find everything; supermarkets, fruit and vegetable shops, bakeries, and all sorts of shops, bars and restaurants like in neighborhoods of days gone by. The duplex is well connected to all areas as there are trams and metro at a few minutes walk; buses and taxis at your doorstep will take you easily to either the port where Valencia hosted the famous international regatta the America’s Cup or the historical centre of town or the incredible City of Arts and Sciences. The Apartment; The Verdi and Verdi 2 apartments are 2 adjacent properties, each with their own separate entrance accessible from a shared staircase. In order to access the property you must go up a STEEP set of stairs (approximately one floor). This spacious duplex is elegantly decorated with antique wooden furniture and ornaments giving it a stylishly rustic flavour. Both floors of this elegant historic house, which has been totally remodeled and redecorated on two levels, make it unique. The special atmosphere created hits you immediately upon entering. From the street you must climb a flight of stairs to reach the front door. Upon entry you will find the living-dining area and kitchen which is fully equipped and modern. This level is set up on an open concept with no doors, making it very spacious and airy, ideal to sit back and relax and enjoy the use of TV, DVD. The sofa-bed can be used for sleeping. There is a balcony on this level to the street as well as windows in the living room and kitchen. On the second floor which is like an attic with a slanted roof all done in wood, you will find two bedrooms. The first has two single beds and wardrobe space for the guests belongings with two windows. At the rear is the second bedroom; it is larger and has a queen size bed and also a wardrobe and two window. Both are decorated with style and each have their own heat and air conditioning unit. There are two full bathrooms in this fantastic duplex, one conveniently located on each level. The first level has a shower, while the second contains a bathtub with shower. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the accessories necessary to prepare with ease any meal you require. There is also a small room containing the washer and dryer which is available for use at any time. All windows in the duplex are fitted with blinds and screens which may be very useful in the summer months. Do not forget, the beach is not far at all from this house. A short 5 minute walk will have you on the beach enjoying the sunshine and the Mediterranean Sea… For a family or group of friends that want to enjoy Valencia’s beach, but also want to be well connected to the historic centre with its many attractions, make this cozy and elegant duplex the perfect choice…

This apartment is homely and a great choice for your stay in Valencia. It is situated only within one minute walking distance from the town hall and 5 minutes from the historical centre, called El Carmen. Area surrounding the apartment; The apartment Danna is situated right in the city centre of Valencia, 1 minute from the town hall and 5 minutes from the central station and the metro that goes directly to the airport and to the beach. A good reference is also, that the apartment is located in the same corner as the famous and traditional hotel Astoria. You will also find very close, within easy walking distance, la Plaza Reina, la Plaza de la Virgin and the historical centre. The famous and well preserved central market (the biggest market in Europe) is within 10 minutes walking distance. There you can buy fresh food of the highest quality. As you enter, to the left is a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you need to cook delicious meals. At the end of a short corridor are the three bedrooms, all double and outward facing, with enough room to leave your belongings. The first two each have two 90 cm single beds and the third has a 135 cm double bed. Opposite the bedrooms are two separate full bathrooms with shower. The Danna apartment is elegant and classic.
