The City of Arts and Sciences is also located approximately 10-15 minutes by taxi or public transportation.
The area is residential with all necessary facilities to make your stay more pleasant.

The modern bathroom comes with a washbasin area directly accessed from the living space with no partition, and a separate area with shower and WC that is accessed through a door.
The second double bedroom is right next to the living area. Spacious and bright, with a tasteful décor, it comes with storage space for your belongings.
