This Duplex-apartment is located very near Valencia’s beach and the harbour where the 32nd America’s Cup 2007 took place.

The Verdi and Verdi 2 apartments are 2 adjacent properties, each with their own separate entrance accessible from a shared staircase. They can be booked together to accommodate families and large groups. To enquire about group discounts, please contact our reservations office.
The area surrounding the apartment:
This cozy and modern duplex is located 5 minutes walking distance from La Malvarrosa, Valencia’s own beach! It is situated right in the heart of an old fisherman’s neighborhood and is typically Spanish in flavour. In the same street you can find everything: supermarkets, fruit and vegetable shops, bakeries, and all sorts of shops, bars and restaurants, like in the neighborhoods of days gone by.
The duplex is well connected to all areas as there are bicycles and a metro station at a few minutes walk; buses and taxis at your doorstep will take you easily to either the port where Valencia hosted the famous international regatta the America’s Cup, the historical centre or the incredible City of Arts and Sciences.

In order to access the property you must go up a STEEP set of stairs (approximately one floor).
The Verdi 2 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building without a lift and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Please note that there is a flight of stairs to walk up from the street in order to reach the apartment. The entrance to the property is on the left-hand side.
The apartment has been entirely renovated (2017) and is spread over two elegantly designed floors. Provided with a unique layout with all the modern conveniences you may need, it boasts first quality finishes and a very welcoming atmosphere.
On entering the apartment, guests are welcomed by a large living/sitting room provided with a double sofa bed. The high ceilings highlight an exposed brick wall, which extends the entire length of the apartment. Following a passageway, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a dining area, featuring a beautifully restored antique cabinet. At the rear of the apartment, there is a fully equipped kitchen, provided with everything you may need to cook any type of dish. Both the living room and the kitchen have access to an outward-facing balcony, one overlooking the street, the other the rear of the building.
The upper floor features a beautiful attic-style bedroom with exposed brick wall and restored ceiling beams. Tastefully decorated with attention paid to every detail, it comes with a double bed and a handy en-suite bathroom.
The Verdi 2 apartment is equipped with a dual heat/air conditioning unit. For those hot summer days, windows/doors are provided with automated blinds.
Do not forget the beach is very close to this apartment. It's only a short 5-minute walk to the beach, where one can enjoy the sunshine and the Mediterranean Sea, as well as a selection of fine restaurants.
