You have comfortable and rapid access to the beach, to the new port of Valencia and to the city of arts and sciences, using public transport near the apartment.
In addition to this, the biggest local park in Valencia is located next to the apartment; called “Antiguo cauce del río Turia”.

The Gimenez apartment, located on an 8th floor with elevator, is very bright and has recently been decorated. It is necessary to go up a set of stairs from the building's entrance to the elevator, and a second set of stairs from the elevator to the apartment's entrance door.
It boasts a splendid private terrace with plants, a table and chairs and exceptional views to the park. The street and area are very quiet.
Immediately after entering the Gimenez apartment you find yourself in the large and comfortable living/dining room with direct access to the splendid private terrace. The living room has a large and comfortable sofa which blends in perfectly with the brightness and modern day style of the apartment, all in white. It also has a table and chairs for guests to have their meals at ease.
The kitchen opens up onto the dining room area. It is modern and completely equipped to guarantee that guests can cook any kind of meal they please.
The main bedroom is large and bright and has a double bed. The bedroom also has sufficient space for guests to store their luggage comfortably in a modern wall to wall wardrobe.
Next, guests will find a second very light bedroom with two single beds. From this bedroom you have access to the laundry area.
